Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

2. Course Access

Unless otherwise noted, on-demand courses include at least 12 months of access from purchase. Live cohort materials may have defined windows. We may update or replace course content to improve accuracy and quality.

3. Payments

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. You agree to pay fees and applicable taxes at checkout. Third-party payment processors may apply their own terms.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

For on-demand courses, you may request a refund within 7 days if under 10% of content was accessed. For live cohorts, cancellations are accepted up to 7 days prior to start. No refunds after materials are substantially accessed or distributed, except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

Course materials, recordings, templates, and documents are owned by ToGuide Atelier and its licensors. Personal, non-transferable license is granted for your learning only. No redistribution, reproduction, or public display without permission.

6. Conduct

We maintain professional, respectful learning spaces. Harassment, unauthorized recording of peers, or disruptive behavior may lead to removal without refund.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We provide educational content “as is.” We do not guarantee specific financial or commercial outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable course.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
